The company is based in Birmingham and Coventry and covers the Midlands, London & South Coast. Our team have 30 years of combined experience from Architecture to Construction, coming from both Residential & Commercial backgrounds.

Mike is a RIBA Chartered Architect with over 1,000 completed projects, including residential, commercial, and new build developments within the last 10 years. His international experience spans the UK, Spain, and Japan, giving his work a broad cultural perspective.
Mike has a planning application success rate of over 95%, underpinned by his deep knowledge of regulatory processes and his commitment to the RIBA Code of Conduct. Passionate about innovative, purpose-driven design, he focuses on creating spaces that align with his clients’ goals. One of his favourite architectural styles is biophilic design, which blends indoor and outdoor elements to enhance wellbeing and connection to nature
Thao - Chief Operating Officer
Thao is the Chief Operating Officer with over 10 years of expertise in customer-centric service, backed by a degree in business and a diverse background in banking and real estate. Her unique combination of industry experience enables her to deliver accurate financial forecasting and strategic insight across all stages of a project.
Passionate about project management, Thao works closely with the Architecture department to ensure clients receive clear, comprehensive information for well-planned developments.
She excels in concise conversations around Construction Costs, Return On Investment, and Forecasted Timelines, ensuring clients feel informed and confident. Thao’s approach is grounded, efficient, and always focused on delivering exceptional results.
