CDRB Architects Ltd is a local practice with extensive local knowledge. The company is based in Kenilworth and covers the Midlands, London & South Coast.
CDRB Architects Ltd was formed over 15 years ago and was a natural development of a Coventry practice and a Kenilworth practice combined. Over the years the business model has changed to recognise the economic climate in which we work. Today the practice is run by the founder Clive Robinson who is a chartered architect.
Our Services
CDRB Architects Ltd can offer architectural services to its Clients which can be tailored to suit an individual Client’s specific needs. We are able to produce planning application submission drawings and reports; To produce Building Regulation submission drawings and structural calculations; To Project Manage a project on-site to completion; To produce Health and Safety Plans and Health and Safety Files on Completion; To produce Party Wall Notices and Awards; To deal with Planning Enforcement Issues and Planning Appeals.
